Self Evaluation
The title of the booklet is large and clear and is understandable. There are pictures of different cartoon characters pointing to the facts that are in colourful speech bubbles. All the pictures are clear and are not blurry. I have included many colours in my booklet and the pictures also enhance the look of the booklet. The pictures are very appropriate for the audience as the target audience is year 2 to 3. All of my text is spelled correctly and is understandable and has proper punctuation. The text is appropriate for the year group and is easily understandable. I have referenced my work and have added it at the end of my booklet. The font is consistent throughout the whole booklet and is in a font that can be read easily.

Global Context
For term 3, in my Digital Design lesson, our main task was to design a storage devices booklet. The target audience was grade 2- 3 students. I had to make all the information as clear and understandable as possible. We also had to make it colourful and attractive in order for the reader to be hooked onto the booklet. We had two Global Contexts for this task: Information Literacy and Communication. I researched a lot about each of the different storage devices in order to present accurate information on the final booklet. I also Harvard referenced my information to show that I have not plagiarized. I did know about a few different storage devices before researching, but I still had to research more in depth in order to provide the appropriate information. I knew the main functions of a few storage devices like the USB and the Hard drive. I did not rally add a lot of colour to my booklet front cover as I wanted the images to stand out and wanted the topic of the booklet be obvious to the readers. I used images from Google and chose fonts from Microsoft Word for the title of the booklet and the colour of it. The information put in the booklets are very clear and the younger students will pick u the information easily. I have also added facts into the booklet in a creative way in order for the students to get more interested in the topic. I used images of cartoon characters pointing to the fact bubble which will make the booklet more attractive for the readers.
If I were to do this booklet again, I would make the front cover a bit more colourful and attractive.
Overall, I think that I have presented my booklet well and have presented accurate information in my booklet.
